Reading the dashboard

What each figure on the Swapinga Fleet dashboard means and how to act on it.

The dashboard answers one question: did today’s money come in. It opens on today’s date for the active organization. Use Today, Yesterday, or the date picker to move between days.

The top row

Collected · today

Payments confirmed against drivers for the selected day, in RWF. A payment that has arrived but has not been matched to a driver does not count here. It sits in Reconciliation.

Target · today

The sum of the daily amounts owed by every active driver for that day, in RWF. It comes from the vehicle model assigned to each driver. See Vehicle models.

Remaining gap · today

Target minus collected. This is the amount to chase today.

Paid drivers · today

How many drivers have met their daily amount, out of the total active.

Under target · today

Drivers who paid something but less than they owe. These are different from unpaid drivers and often need a different conversation.

Unreconciled payments	Money that has arrived but is not yet matched to a driver. Anything above zero means your collected figure is understated

A low collection rate and a high unreconciled count mean two different problems. The first is a collections problem. The second is a matching problem, and the money may already be in the account.

Driver performance

Below the summary, every active driver appears with their vehicle, repayment progress, collected amount, target, and gap for the selected day.

• Needs attention filters to drivers who are unpaid or under target.
• Paid filters to drivers who have met the day’s amount.
• All shows the full list.

Select any column heading to sort by it. Sorting by Gap puts the largest shortfalls at the top, which is usually where to start.

The status panels

Driver status

Counts of drivers who are current, late, at risk, or in default. Use this as the weekly view rather than the daily one.

Reconciliation

Counts of payments that are unreconciled, pending clearance, or flagged. Work these down to zero. See Reconciliation.

Loans

How many financing agreements are active in this organization.

SMS ingestion

How many payment messages the platform read successfully (parsed) and how many it could not read (unparsed). A rising unparsed count usually means the message format changed and Swapinga support should look at it.

The 30-day chart

Daily bars of collected against target for the last 30 days, ending on the selected date. Read it for pattern rather than for precision: weekends, public holidays, and fuel or charging disruptions show up here clearly.
