# Frequently asked questions

> Answers to the questions fleet operators ask most often.

  <Accordion title="A driver says they paid, but the dashboard shows them unpaid">
    Open the driver profile and check the **Mobile money transactions** tab. If the payment is there but not in the payment history, it is a matching problem. Check [Reconciliation](/collections/reconciliation) for an unmatched payment of that amount on that date.

  <Accordion title="The target figure looks too high or too low">
    Check for drivers marked **Pending setup**, who carry no daily amount, and check the daily amount on each [vehicle model](/setup/vehicle-models). Suspended drivers do not count toward the target.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Payments keep arriving unmatched from the same driver">
    The driver is probably paying from a mobile money account registered in another name. Record the sender name in the notes on their profile so the next person handling reconciliation recognizes it.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Older payments are missing entirely">
    Check the reconciliation start date in [Organization settings](/setup/organization). The platform does not scan transactions dated before it.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The unparsed count under SMS ingestion is rising">
    The platform is receiving payment messages it cannot read. Contact Swapinga support. Do not wait for it to correct itself, because those payments are not reaching any driver record.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I correct a payment recorded against the wrong driver">
    Contact Swapinga support rather than recording an offsetting entry. An offsetting entry leaves both drivers with a record that does not match reality.

  <Accordion title="Who can change the daily amount a driver pays">
    Only the Fleet Admin role, through the vehicle model. See [Users and roles](/setup/users-and-roles).
