# Swapinga Fleet

> The operating manual for fleet operators managing financed vehicles on Swapinga.

Swapinga Fleet is the dashboard your team uses to run a financed vehicle fleet. It tracks what each driver owes and pays each day, matches incoming mobile money payments to the right driver, and shows you where the money is short before the month closes.

## Who this manual is for

Fleet managers and operations staff at companies that finance vehicles through Swapinga. No technical background is assumed.

## What Swapinga does, and does not do

Swapinga is a technology platform. It connects vehicle buyers with financing from licensed financial institutions and gives the fleet operator the tools to run collections. Swapinga is not a lender and does not hold the loan. The bank is the lender.
